Align’s emails generally include a monthly promotion, information about services she’s offering, answers to FAQs and other important information the owner wants to communicate.  The content put in Align’s email campaigns gets repurposed into social media posts. 

The Results

Align is averaging a 17 to 20% open rate and about 2% click through rate.  Both metrics are in line with industry standards.  Email is not only helping Align fill their schedule, but it’s also helping start a conversation with clients.  When clients see things in an email and then again on social, they ask questions, which often leads to bookings too!
