Small Talk is the virtual version of a traditional marketing agency. The biggest difference between us and other agencies is the level of personal attention you’ll receive when you work with us.
When you work with Small Talk, you work directly with me, Jennifer Calero. I handle most marketing services directly. When I work with a client, I get to know the client and their business inside and out. By the time I’m done getting to know you, I’m going to have a handle on everything from the technical terms you use in your day to day operations to your kid’s names, your pet’s names and how you like your coffee.
For larger projects, I build a team of trusted contractors to get the job done. Not to worry, I won’t pass you off to an Account Exec or Project Manager (although I’ve worked with really awesome AEs in my day) I will always be your point person. Everything that comes out of Small Talk has my stamp of approval, or it doesn’t go out!
